Our remote work model enables you to connect with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring that mental health services are both accessible and adaptable to their ongoing needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a daily basis, leveraging technology to maintain communication and coordinate care effectively.

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can openly discuss their feelings and experiences, fostering a sense of community and support.
• Conduct Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy that is tailored to assess each client's unique circumstances, helping them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their personal aspirations and needs.
• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track progress and modify treatment approaches accordingly for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Team: Regularly communicate with other healthcare professionals within our network to ensure comprehensive client care and address complex cases.

You will primarily work with young adults facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This demographic requires a tailored approach that recognizes their unique developmental stage and societal pressures. Your work will play a crucial role in their journey toward resilience and recovery as you employ both evidence-based and holistic treatment modalities.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee is required.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• Previous experience working with young adults in a counseling or therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Experience in facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
