Our detox center facility provides specialized support for clients dealing with substance dependency, emphasizing structured and holistic care through a telehealth framework.

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individual clients, as well as group sessions, utilizing our robust telehealth platform.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs; develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Implement immediate interventions during crises to safeguard clients' well-being, employing techniques tailored to remote support.
• Support clients in connecting with essential community resources and social services that enhance their recovery journey and overall mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, sharing insights that lead to holistic treatment strategies.
• Provide educational resources to clients regarding coping mechanisms, communication skills, and self-care strategies aimed at promoting empowerment and resilience.
• Stay abreast of advancements in clinical social work practices and teletherapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

This role primarily focuses on supporting individuals in the detox process who encounter emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges due to substance dependency. By offering specialized therapeutic support remotely, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards recovery and reintegration into their communities.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated expertise in telehealth systems and a strong understanding of remote therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suited for engaging effectively with clients through digital platforms.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
