We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Child and Adult Empower Mental Clinic Services. • Conduct regular wellness checks to assess clients’ mental and emotional states, utilizing evidence-based interventions to ensure their stability and progression.
• Adhere to all applicable facility protocols and licensing standards, ensuring compliance in documentation and service delivery.
• Provide clinical support to other team members during their absence, facilitating continuity of care across the organization.
• Engage in effective communications with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department for authorization and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client services.
• Actively participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case discussions to enhance collective knowledge and improve client outcomes.

The clients served within our detox center present a diverse array of challenges, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your work will involve developing individualized treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and advocating for clients’ access to post-rehabilitation resources. You will create a trusting environment where clients feel safe to express their struggles and make meaningful progress toward healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LCSW licensure in California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Capacity to model and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete all documentation accurately and promptly.

• Experience working in detox or substance abuse treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to addiction and recovery.
• Previous experience engaging in community outreach and partnership-building is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management responsibilities.
