As a Mental Health Counselor at Gallant Young & Adult Healthcare, your primary duties will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical psychotherapy and mental health counseling to adult clients via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing documented methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote client healing and positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of clinical sessions while adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development workshops to share insights and strategies with fellow counselors.

Your role will primarily involve working with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues.
