Position Summary:
The National Remote Admissions Representative is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, enrolling, and relocating prospective students residing greater than 100 miles from any StrataTech campus. This role operates in a fully virtual environment and requires strong consultative sales capability, urgency, organization, and accountability. The representative guides prospective students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment while coordinating relocation to the appropriate campus location. The National Remote Admissions Representative is expected to enroll students within optimal start windows (3-4 months) to maintain urgency, protect show rates, and maximize start conversion.
Responsibilities:
Distance Student Recruitment (100+ Miles)
• Manage and respond to prospective students located more than 100 miles from campus.
• Conduct structured initial calls using consultative sales methodology.
• Set same-day or next-day virtual interview appointments whenever possible.
• Conduct virtual interviews via approved platforms.
• Build urgency toward enrollment within a 2-4 month start window.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to drive appointment attendance and enrollment.
Consultative Virtual Interviewing
• Execute professional virtual presentations of programs, career pathways, and student outcomes.
• Maintain compliance in all disclosures and enrollment documentation.
Relocation & Campus Placement
• Identify appropriate campus placement based on program availability, student goals, and capacity.
• Educate students on relocation expectations, housing options, and transition timelines.
• Coordinate with campus partners to ensure smooth homebase transfers.
• Ensure enrollment agreements are accurately completed and assigned to the correct start date and campus.
• Maintain proper contract placement aligned with approved start objectives.
Representatives are expected to maintain daily activity standards including talk time, contact attempts, follow-up cadence, and documentation accuracy, and speed to lead.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of admissions or enrollment experience preferred distance/ relocation experience.
• Proven track record of success
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment and start goals.
• Ability to build strong relationships with campus staff
