• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapies and solution-focused interventions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client and helping them build resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, demonstrating our commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Engage in regularly scheduled case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting continuous learning and the integration of best practices within the team.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, treatment processes, and community resources, empowering them to better understand and navigate their mental health challenges.
• Stay informed on advancements in the mental health field to continuously enhance the quality of care you provide to clients.

You will be primarily working with individuals in a detox setting, each navigating their own path through addiction and associated mental health challenges. Your sweet spot will encompass working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, requiring nuanced and sensitive approaches to treatment. As you form strong therapeutic relationships, you will embed yourself in their healing process, understanding that trust and empathy are fundamental to successful treatment outcomes.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university, showcasing your academic commitment to the social work profession.
• Active license to practice in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), which demonstrates your professional qualifications.
• Skillful application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with clients on a meaningful level and build strong therapeutic alliances.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes in a healthcare setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
