The position begins as a contract-to-hire assignment with long-term growth potential.

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring schedules, communications, presentations, and meetings are organized and running efficiently. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple senior-level leaders.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities.
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Record meeting notes and distribute follow-up documentation.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and internal communications.
  • Assist with email correspondence as needed.
  • Process expense reports as needed.
  • Organize files and documentation while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
  • Experience in a professional, client-facing office environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience within accounting or other professional services environments is a plus.
