• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments, ensuring an accurate understanding of each patient’s background and personal experiences.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to an individual’s unique needs, while considering their cultural context and lifestyle.
• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, effectively addressing mental health concerns and fostering positive outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing evidence-based crisis management techniques.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally responsive treatment methods.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive strategies to cater to diverse populations.
• Proficient in crisis intervention practices and effective communication, particularly in high-pressure situations.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health therapy, particularly within a community health context.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually.
