• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups—individuals, couples, and families—utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

This LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, supplemented by an attractive bonus structure.
