You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, ensuring that all clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, strengths, and specific challenges. For instance, understanding individual histories of trauma or addiction to inform treatment approaches.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) alongside interventions designed to meet these objectives.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning; this may involve working with clients who are experiencing acute distress and developing immediate strategies to ensure their safety and stabilize their situation.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and support groups, engaging clients in discussions that enhance their understanding of mental health issues and build a supportive community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation within electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with various treatment professionals to coordinate client care, demonstrating a team-oriented approach vital for holistic support.

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, many of whom are seeking help with mental health issues intertwined with substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering their recovery and resilience as they navigate the complexities of detox and rehabilitation.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on addiction recovery.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of mental health treatment approaches.
