• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Designing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and preferences.
• Providing therapy services for individuals, couples, and groups, employing specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to client circumstances.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathways to Wholeness, you will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals coping with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, addiction issues, and various mood disorders. We emphasize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of each individual. • A valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Virginia.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Documented experience delivering individual and group therapy in a mental health context.
• In-depth knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• A commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality in all aspects of counseling practice.

• Experience within outpatient mental health settings, preferably in a telehealth capacity.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and addiction treatment strategies.
