• Build trusting relationships with clients by creating a safe and welcoming space for open dialogue.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, incorporating best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing counseling and interventions aimed at resolving issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Monitor and assess client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed based on their development and feedback.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs.

Our primary clientele includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. We specialize in providing care for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles and work towards resilience and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to implement best practices in therapy.

• Experience in providing mental health therapy in private practice or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience working with clients who struggle with addictions or mental health disorders is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
