• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on achieving the specific goals established collaboratively with clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate emotional and mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about current licensure requirements and engage in ongoing continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Many clients present with issues related to relationship dynamics, communication barriers, parenting challenges, and emotional distress stemming from trauma, anxiety, or depression. Your sensitivity and ability to adapt therapeutic approaches will be essential in fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Comfort working with a diverse clientele and adapting therapeutic methods to suit various cultural contexts.

• Proven experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Previous experience working with clients dealing with addiction challenges is an asset.
