• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to provide integrative care that addresses the complex needs of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops and training to remain current with mental health best practices and research.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction therapy is highly valued.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, in addition to potential bonuses.
