Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling mental health therapists to provide support from the comfort of their homes while remaining connected to the team. Regular operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. You will engage in collaborative strategies and utilize digital tools for record-keeping and patient monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs, challenges, and treatment goals of each patient seeking help for substance use disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual circumstances.
