• Conduct thorough crisis assessments for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing established protocols to gather information and evaluate needs.
• Provide immediate and ongoing counseling support, ensuring timely interventions for individuals in distress related to substance misuse or mental health crises.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary to ensure client safety during crisis situations.
• Develop personalized crisis intervention plans and offer recommendations for ongoing support, including therapy and community resources.
• Employ evidence-based crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies during sessions to effectively manage difficult scenarios and promote client well-being.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with addiction and those facing mental health crises. This includes clients dealing with trauma, emotional instability, and suicidal thoughts.
