Job description

Plans, develops, promotes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program; supervises and trains intake staff; assigns caseloads to subordinate employees; manages and monitors assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program; develops program plan/goals and evaluates program participant's progress by conducting routine meetings with participant and/or staff; serves as advocate for program participants in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four to five years of experience working in the counseling field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certifications
Certified Addiction Counselor preferred but not required.
