• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
• Timely completion of documentation according to regulatory standards and agency policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, as determined by the clinical team, to ensure the highest quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to necessary resources.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and promote the mission of our organization within the community.
• Establish relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote our programs and explore potential collaborations and funding opportunities.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities through conferences, workshops, and networking events.
• Integrate the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy into everyday work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Health Link Now, you will work with a diverse range of client populations, including individuals facing emotional challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your role will involve understanding the complexities of each situation and delivering targeted therapeutic support while promoting overall wellness and recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
• An active, independent LMHC license is essential for this role.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
• Prior experience with crisis intervention and developing behavior support plans.
• Familiarity with state regulations governing mental health services.
