• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that meets all regulatory requirements, ensuring timely completion.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as necessary to accurately assess patients’ needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that align with patient goals.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring all practices are compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a liaison among service systems, state agencies, and community partners to connect clients with needed resources.
• Develop and sustain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards while promoting the agency's mission in the local community.
• Network with local, state, and federal organizations to foster partnerships and enhance program reach.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, participating in state meetings, and representing the agency at various events.
• Promote our agency’s mission, values, and philosophy to ensure alignment with patient care practices.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director that support agency operations and patient care.

You will be instrumental in providing mental health support to a diverse array of clients, focusing on vulnerable populations including those recovering from substance use disorders, individuals with developmental challenges, and those coping with mental health issues stemming from acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will help guide these individuals towards recovery and independence.

• Master's Degree in a behavioral health discipline is required.
• Current and valid Independent LMHC license from the state of Texas is essential.
• Proven ability to maintain clinical records and produce related reports efficiently.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make informed, independent decisions grounded in clinical knowledge and best practices.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment planning methodologies.
• Experience working with community resources or organizations that support mental health initiatives.
