• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
• Utilize recognized evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient conditions and facilitate more effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory standards in a timely manner.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address specific client needs and situational challenges.
• Act as a liaison to external service systems, government agencies, and community organizations, promoting program visibility and creating referral pathways.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and statewide meetings, to stay informed on best practices in mental health.
• Align daily operations with the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives, ensuring clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Support the Clinic Director with various administrative responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient functioning of the department.

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing various mental health challenges, including those undergoing substance use recovery and coping with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your ability to create meaningful connections and understand each client’s situation will be vital in helping them navigate their path to recovery and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a prerequisite for this role.
• Possession of a valid, independent LMHC license issued by the state of Oregon is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Excellent communication abilities to express ideas and treatment recommendations clearly.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities grounded in professional knowledge and experience.

• Experience working with clients dealing with substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
• Prior involvement in developing crisis intervention and behavior support plans is highly valued.
• Capabilities in utilizing various telehealth platforms and technologies to enhance patient engagement.
