Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Service Representative – Remote (Arkansas Residents Only)
Arkansas Medicaid Service Center | Long-Term Temporary Opportunity

We are currently seeking Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Professionals for a work-from-home, long-term temporary position supporting the Arkansas Medicaid Service Center. This assignment has no set end date, offering stability and the potential for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid recipients regarding coverage and benefits
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, including referrals, policy reviews, and follow-ups
  • Accurately document all interactions in accordance with procedures
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse customer base
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when assisting challenging callers
  • Learn and navigate multiple computer systems (training provided)

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong work history with reliable attendance
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
