The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing account-specific sales strategies that meet or exceed established sales goals. This role manages our business with URM and their downstream retailers.


The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized to the nth degree, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building long-term , productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and manufacturing partners. Salary range $90K - $110K


Responsibilities include

  • Develop and execute account specific sales plans
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their business needs and position manufacturer product solutions, including maintenance items, new item submissions and promotional support
  • Provide timely communication, follow up and responsiveness to customers and clients
  • Attend trade shows as necessary
  • Support clients by providing insights on retail success factors, including pricing, promotions, new item introductions, logistics, supply chain and deduction management
  • Coordinate and prepare category business reviews with URM and retail partners


Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of CPG industry with a focus on food products
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive can do mind set with strong problem solving skills
