About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-centric Account Manager to join our team and focus on the North America market. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for servicing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, while also contributing to our business development efforts within the region.

This is a hands-on customer facing role which will require a customer obsessed individual to both advocate internally for their accounts but also drive financial achievement as the footprint of accounts grows within North America.

This is a fully remote role, with around 20% travel time.

About you

Ideally your experience and background will align with the majority of the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business landscape and industry best practices.
  • Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
  • Familiarity with navigating franchise chainstore structures
  • Proficiency in ERP & CRM software, as well as MS Office/Google Suite
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Well-developed prospecting and closing skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
