Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring clients receive the most effective therapeutic approach for their personal growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, reviewing progress regularly to adjust treatment strategies as needed to maximize client outcomes.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility challenges, thereby enhancing service reach and inclusivity.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes diligently, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to maintain compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your work will directly contribute to their journey towards recovery and improved well-being. Our client population primarily consists of adults and adolescents from varied backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competency and sensitivity in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a safe, trusting relationship with clients.
  • A demonstrated ability to empathize and maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth services is highly valued, as it aligns with our commitment to accessibility for clients.
  • A background in trauma-informed care will enhance your capability to support clients who have experienced significant life challenges.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate streamlined documentation and compliance.
