This role allows for a remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Although this is primarily a telehealth position, you will have access to the latest technology and resources to deliver effective therapy through virtual platforms. Regular business hours will typically govern your schedule, with some evenings required during peak periods to meet student needs effectively.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings of students to accurately identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling tailored to the unique experiences and challenges faced by students, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and stress management to interpersonal difficulties.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on personal development and well-being, creating a safe space for students to share and learn.
• Collaborate with various campus stakeholders, including faculty, academic advisors, and student organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to student mental health support.
• Engage in proactive outreach initiatives, such as organizing mental health awareness programs and wellness events to promote healthier lifestyles on campus.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of treatment in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring student privacy is upheld.

This position primarily serves the student population at various educational institutions, focusing on the unique challenges faced by college students. You will work closely with young adults encountering transitional stresses, academic pressures, and personal concerns that may impact their mental health and academic performance.

• An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A deep understanding of the mental health challenges specifically related to the college-aged demographic is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with students and collaborate with the diverse campus community.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models applied within a university context.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a varied caseload efficiently.

• Previous experience in a college or university counseling center environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and technology to deliver therapy is a plus.
• Experience leading workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing student wellness and personal growth.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
