• Implement personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of clients while conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, drawing from a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document clinical progress rigorously and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and holistic treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • The annual salary for this position ranges between $120,000 and $140,000, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
