Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.
Compensation & Incentives - Earn a base salary of $85,000-$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA
  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
