Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY: 

  • Under the supervision of the Manager or Director of the CADD (Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities) the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Leader will provide leadership to BCBA and ABA staff. The BCBA Leader develops and administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. 
  • Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing, and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large. 
  • Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team. 

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED: Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
