About the Role

We#39;re looking for an organized and customer-focused Booking Coordinator to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you#39;ll assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and travel planning while ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish. You#39;ll communicate with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.

Whether you#39;re experienced in customer service or looking to build a career in the travel industry, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel reservations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Research travel options that align with client preferences and budgets
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
  • Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
  • Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

We#39;re looking for candidates who are:

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
