Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Resource Representative to join our Customer Support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with online and mobile banking services, answering account-related inquiries, and providing technical support for digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position includes a work-from-home rotation within the department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and route calls appropriately when needed.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance for customer account inquiries and service requests.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online banking, mobile banking applications, and web browser compatibility.
  • Support customers using internet banking and mobile account access platforms on smartphones and tablets.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior banking and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
