Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado

Location Requirement

  • Must live in Reedly, Dinuba, or Selma.

Schedule / Availability

  • Monday – Friday
  • Availability window: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, you pick an 8-hour window.

Job Details

  • Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
  • Mix of long and short distance trips

Pay & Contractor Status

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Drivers earn a minimum of $125.00 per day, more once the daily threshold is met
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit
  • Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements:

  • Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
  • 2015 or newer vehicle preferred.
  • No vans or gas guzzlers

General Preliminary Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
  • Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
  • Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
  • Have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1) moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years.
  • Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana.

Network Onboarding Requirements:

  • Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Complete and pass a complimentary CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes).
  • Complete and pass a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30 to 90 minutes).
  • Complete and pass a complimentary NSC’s Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours).
