• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with both individuals and groups, utilizing dynamic therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans informed by comprehensive diagnostic assessments, client feedback, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, contributing to case discussions and client treatment strategies through secure virtual meetings.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of progress notes and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resource referrals when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and stay abreast of industry best practices, including new therapeutic methods and cultural competence.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By practicing culturally informed care, you will play a crucial role in building rapport and trust, thereby enhancing client engagement and treatment efficacy.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, specifically in a community health or therapy setting.
• Proficient skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating client-centered treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for establishing connection with diverse populations.
• An unwavering commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in the field of social work.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous work in community mental health settings or integrated care models.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
