Meridell Therapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role aims to provide individualized mental health counseling to adults experiencing stable, low-acuity conditions. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to craft your work schedule. Our therapists engage with clients via a state-of-the-art online counseling platform, eliminating the need for cumbersome paperwork and facilitating focus on client care. Whether you prefer a full-time commitment of over 30 hours a week or a part-time schedule with a minimum of 5 hours a week, we support your work-life balance while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ethical, compassionate counseling through video sessions that promote trust and openness.
• Support clients in developing effective coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and enhanced communication techniques.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes that reflect client progress and treatment objectives while keeping administrative tasks to a minimum.

Your primary client focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who require support in areas such as stress management, anxiety, and relationship challenges. By engaging with this demographic, you will assist them in improving their overall mental health and quality of life. This role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact, guiding clients towards self-discovery and resilience in their everyday lives.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and independent state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• No prior disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a proficiency in using digital platforms for virtual counseling.
• A reliable and stable internet connection to enable seamless virtual session delivery.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience in working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of inclusivity in mental health practices.
