• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies and develop pre-crisis plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to utilize evidence-based screening tools for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans to facilitate behavioral changes and improve client outcomes.
• Establish effective communication channels with local and state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance collaborative care.
• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes to maintain organizational compliance and high-quality care standards.
• Attend and represent the agency in conferences and statewide meetings relevant to mental health, enhancing both personal and professional development.
• Promote the mission and values of Metro West Behavioral Health within the community and among stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director to support the overall operations of the clinic.

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Your expertise will contribute significantly to helping these individuals navigate their therapeutic journeys and achieve meaningful recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.
• An active and independent LMHC license is mandatory for this role.

• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling context is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health and strategies for behavioral modification.
• Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive client support plans.
