This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle across the United States. You will be supported by a comprehensive Admissions and Assessment team, ensuring that your clinical responsibilities are streamlined so you can devote more time to your clients. Flexible scheduling is a key aspect of this role, accommodating your professional needs while maintaining superb client care.

• Provide high-quality telehealth services through individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, ensuring a therapeutic and supportive environment.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, promoting meaningful discussions and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues to share insights, learn from diverse clinical perspectives, and enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development through access to free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to support your growth and meet licensing requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and ensure client safety and well-being at all times.

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating mental health issues related to prolonged stress, social pressures, and developmental challenges. Our clients are at a pivotal stage of their lives, and your role as a mental health counselor will be critical in guiding them through their healing journey. You will help them build resilience, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling, is required.
• Valid licensure (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) to practice in New York or your respective state.
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week, with opportunities to expand hours based on your chosen contract (1099) or employee (W2) status.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to therapy that fosters a safe space for clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.

• Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a therapeutic setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Prior experience in telehealth services or remote therapy practices is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
