What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote 3D Outsourcing Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote 3D Outsourcing Specialist, you need strong 3D modeling and texturing skills, a solid understanding of production pipelines, and experience in project management, often supported by a relevant degree or portfolio. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and project tracking systems like Jira is typically required. Candidates should be prepared to proactively address issues, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to feedback.
