Position: Remodeling Service Technician

Location: South Bend & Elkhart Area.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Complete residential and commercial remodeling and repair projects — including drywall, painting, tiling, carpentry, door/window installs, and more
  • Communicate clearly with customers about project scope and timelines
  • Use an iPad and ServiceTitan software to document work and maintain records
  • Uphold company values through professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in remodeling, home improvement, or commercial maintenance
  • Strong skills across multiple trades (drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, light plumbing/electrical)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A genuine desire to help others and solve problems with integrity
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
