About the Role:
Remodeling Consultants Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant/Project Supervisor to join our team in Mamaroneck, NY. This dynamic dual role offers the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a real impact — keeping our office running smoothly while helping oversee exciting remodeling projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Coordinate and supervise remodeling projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and maintain project documentation
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Handle office operations including phones, emails, filing, and supply management
  • Support project estimating, permitting, and procurement processes as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, remodeling, or a related field
  • Strong project coordination or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
