About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Lead Installer to join our residential kitchen remodeling team.
This role leads the field installation of remodeling projects, and ensures that work is completed with high craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism.
You will also help maintain accurate job site documentation and measurements within our construction management system.
What You'll Do
  • Lead installation of residential kitchen remodeling projects
  • Ensure the team has all items for projects to go smoothly in advance
  • Check inventory one week before projects start to ensure all items for installation are ready
  • Ensure the team is on time and on point for the projects
  • Perform demolition and site preparation
  • Install cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Verify layout and field measurements
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Protect client homes and materials
  • Lead helpers or junior installers when assigned
  • Document jobsite progress daily in our construction management system
  • Enter field measurements, photos, and notes as needed
  • Communicate job site issues quickly so they can be resolved
  • Impeccable measuring skills to avoid incorrect orders
