Your New Role
  • Install plumbing systems for residential and commercial new construction and remodel projects in Weston, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas

  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications accurately

  • Measure, cut, thread, solder, and assemble PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping systems

  • Perform code-compliant plumbing installations according to Wisconsin plumbing standards

  • Lay out and mark pipe routes, fixture placements, and installation points for crews

  • Manage job phases independently with minimal supervision

  • Maintain material inventory and communicate supply needs proactively

  • Support apprentices on job sites by demonstrating strong workmanship and field leadership

  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently and safely

  • Active Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license

  • 5+ years of construction plumbing experience preferred

  • Strong experience in new construction plumbing installations

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
