Job Description

Cash Reconciliation Analyst has the primary responsibility of ensuring the proper application of funds received as it relates to the appropriate account for reporting and auditing purposes. Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the proper posting of the funds to specific accounts, locating any missing payments and remittance advices per account, as well as ensuring that the account balances that are not posted correctly are researched and resolved as necessary.

Qualifications / Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Ability to completely and accurately complete Cash Reconciliation assignments for day-to-day function
  • Follow up with insurance payers to locate payments and remittance advices
  • Adheres to department benchmarks and productivity
  • Ability to organize and maintain excellent standards of processes independently
  • Effectively notice and report trends of issues that may be occurring in the billing system
  • Ability to work in a team environment and get along well with others in a fast paced and diverse environment
  • Motivation to bring company to the next level of excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years’ healthcare experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Athena Collector System, SalesForce CRM, Microsoft Office, and VeriNet experience a plus.
