Pay Range: $60,000 – $85,000+ per year, plus performance bonuses

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity: $2,500 sign-on bonus for candidates who hold an active Mold Remediation License in the State of Texas. CleanPath Restoration™ will cover all ongoing licensing and maintenance fees.

CleanPath Restoration™ is seeking a highly capable and driven Mitigation Project Manager - Houston to lead and coordinate residential remediation projects from initial assessment through final completion. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring exceptional organization, disciplined execution, and clear, confident communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of residential mitigation projects, from initial assessment through final completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to CleanPath Restoration™ quality standards.
  • Own and manage the P&L for the local market, driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and ensuring projects deliver strong, consistent gross margin performance.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, internal field and back-office teams (dispatchers and coordinators), ensuring alignment and seamless execution at every stage.
  • Lead, coach, and hold both field and back-office teams accountable to project milestones, safety expectations, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct routine job site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety compliance, and maintain strict quality control standards.
  • Serve as the primary resource for initial diagnostic inspections, assessing damage, determining scope, and setting the strategic direction for project execution.
  • Manage, and maintain all market project documentation in our internal system (PSA) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and stakeholders, setting clear expectations and providing consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and resolve project challenges, delays, and escalations with urgency, sound judgment, and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Support estimating and bidding efforts as needed, ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time.
  • Ensure accurate, real-time communication across internal systems and client platforms, maintaining full visibility and accountability across all projects.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all applicable TDLR procedures, EPA/OSHA regulations, and CleanPath Restoration™ safety policies.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction or restoration project management, with direct experience in water, fire, and mold remediation strongly preferred.
  • Active Contractor Mold Remediation License in the State of Texas is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven track record of managing teams, driving accountability, and delivering results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors,adjusters, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in industry tools and platforms such as PSA, Encircle, Docusketch, Xactimate, KnowHow, or similar systems.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
  • Established network of local relationships within the market is a plus+.

Work Schedule
  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid role with a combination of office and field responsibilities.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required in response to emergency projects.
