Job description

RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests.

This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodation or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential overseas tax incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Support a holistic property management program that includes but is not limited to property management and supply management activities.
  • Responsible for accountable records management.
  • Work collaboratively with the Property Supervisor as well as the Supply Supervisor and their team.
  • Perform Property Management processes to include but not limited to inventory, disposition processing, record updates for movement and changes of custodians.
  • Utilize the RGNext Asset Management Database (Maximo) for recordkeeping.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are accurate and completed on schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, Property Management, or experience in lieu of education.
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Government Property Management regulations (FAR 45 and 52.245-1), principles, concepts, practices, standards and web-based reporting functions such as PIEE.
  • Ability to learn RGNext Management Operating System (Maximo): planning, day-to-day execution, monitor performance, communicate and optimize your organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within multiple areas of complexity.
  • Understands and adheres to Safety and risk assessment concepts.
  • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must be able to ride a bike as the primary mode of transportation three (3) or more miles one way
  • Must be physically able to conduct various unaided range of motion movements to include bending, twisting and climbing up to 30 feet.
  • Ability to life/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs. independently.
  • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical agents.
  • Ability to work in high-humidity temperatures >82ยฐF (27.8ยฐC).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
