Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr Project Manager for our Fibrebond engineering team based at our manufacturing campus in Minden, LA.
This role is responsible for managing multiple projects associated with power distribution or other related industries from point of sale to delivery. The successful candidate will be the Customer's single in-house contact for all related tasks associated with the project and assume responsibility for all aspect of project execution.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton's modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond's strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.
What you'll do:
Provide end to end project management support for multi-module and intermediately-complex industrial projects as well as medium to high volume data center project and ensure customer deadlines are met in accordance to commitments.
Own customer relationship and drive resolution of customer concerns throughout project management process
Review, approve and execution any change orders related with assigned projects
Assist in coordinating assigned projects to help ensure production runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.
Help track project scope, including documenting changes and supporting the processing of change orders.
Work closely with the engineering team to support project design efforts and confirm alignment with customer requirement and ensure adherence to project timeline.
Collaborate with quality team to schedule inspections throughout the production process and review minor quality issues and escalations on assigned orders as needed.
Prepare and update project status reports and distributes updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed
Assist in developing long lead bills of materials (BOMs) and coordinates with purchasing to support timely material ordering.
Coordinate with production, installation, transportation, and field service teams to support project schedules and delivery requirements.
Assist in assembling and preparing submittal documentation for customers
Support verification of project data in the ERP system prior to billing and assisting with entering job change orders
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Three years of experience in engineering, or project management, or manufacturing operations.
Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, building and equipment layouts, foundation drawings, customer specifications, etc.

No relocation is offered. Candidates must currently reside within a 70-mile radius of Minden, LA to be considered. Active-Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or construction management, or construction technology from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Projects scheduling.
Three (3) years of building construction or building manufacturing experience.
Previous project management experience in the power distribution field.
PMP Certification.
One year of experience with Lean Six Sigma projects and implementation.
Skills:
Ability to manage projects with sound independent judgment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to customers, employees, and leadership at all levels of the organization.
