Lead High-Impact Customer Programs


Spartronics is seeking a Manager, Program Management to drive customer program execution and lead our Program Management team at our Logan, UT manufacturing site.


In this role, you'll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver complex electronics programs supporting Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, and Industrial markets. You'll oversee programs from proposal through production and delivery, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the site Program Management team
  • Manage customer programs across the full lifecycle
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful execution
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for program performance and issue resolution
  • Lead program reviews, customer business reviews, and Voice of Customer initiatives
  • Support new program pursuits, proposals, and growth opportunities
  • Drive program profitability, schedule performance, and delivery commitments

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience leading Program Managers or cross-functional customer program teams.
  • Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense customers and manufacturing environments operating under AS9100 quality management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Aerospace & Defense customer requirements, compliance expectations, and regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Strong customer engagement, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience managing program financials, customer quoting, contracts, and profitability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer programs from proposal through production and delivery.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary Range: $110,000- $140,000 Annual Salary + 20% management ICP bonus opportunity. Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and qualifications. Relocation assistance is available.
