This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) candidate to support our government customer in Northern Virginia. The PM provides daily program management and oversight for all tasks and requirements associated with this contract. The PM shall be accountable for ensuring all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to the Government customer on both program and technical issues.
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and scheduling the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the SOW
  • Submission of all items to be delivered under this contract
  • Has direct control over the Contractor team
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Provides management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting. financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support
  • Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables
  • Responsible for assisting in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff
  • Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and other technical documentation
  • Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel

Required Qualifications:

  • CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
  • Experience to include:
    • Managing enterprise IT O&M support and system enhancement projects.
    • Providing technical management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
    • Establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives
    • Financial management, performance management methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
    • Managing and supervising contractor employees and/or subcontractor employees
  • Required Education \ Relevant Experience:
  • Master's Degree or higher in Business or Master's Degree in Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) and 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM and 8 years of experience
  • High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in an Engineering / IT management capacity.
  • Experience interacting in client negotiations and interfacing with senior management
  • Expert technical experience in IT Program Management
  • Previous Defense Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level Ill Program Management certification or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.

Basic Compensation:

$182,800 - $223,500 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area only).

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:
