What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Relocation Policy Counselor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Relocation Policy Counselor, you need in-depth knowledge of relocation policies, compliance regulations, and corporate benefits, often supported by experience in HR or mobility services. Familiarity with relocation management software, global mobility platforms, and relevant certifications such as CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) is beneficial.
