About the Role
The Data Analyst I/II supports program performance by ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role works closely with program leadership to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support operational improvement. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements at the program, county, and state levels.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Generate and distribute reports to program leadership and external stakeholders
Monitor trends and identify insights to support program performance and outcomes
Collaborate with program staff to improve data quality and reporting processes
Participate in meetings related to data, outcomes, and reporting requirements
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and data security standards
Create reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review
Support data collection processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on analysis
Support cross-functional teams with data-related needs and reporting
Perform additional duties as assigned
Additional responsibilities for Data Analyst II include analyzing data using SQL, data queries, and statistical techniques, identifying patterns and trends, and supporting advanced reporting and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Data Analyst I: Associate's degree in data analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Data Analyst II: Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, or related field, or Associate's degree with relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
