Job description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relocation Specialist within our ALE division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will seek and secure temporary housing for displaced Insurance Policyholders and their families by building relationships and providing exemplary customer service. How We Work
As a Relocation Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office/hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Assessing housing needs and locating available long-term housing for displaced policyholders and their families, including factors such as pets, distance, accessibility, and policy limits, among others.
  • Displaying empathy, care, and compassion while building rapport with policyholders throughout the relocation process.
  • Coordinating all logistics for families, including move-in, furniture delivery, utility set-up, and security deposits.
  • Coordinating support and approvals on behalf of the family, working directly with internal and external teams to source appropriate housing in a timely manner.
  • Working with property management teams, landlords, and customers to resolve any issues following move-in.
  • Negotiating short-term leases with property management companies and landlords.
  • Managing all necessary paperwork and detailed documentation to finalize the family's relocation and support their needs through the process.
  • Maintaining policyholder files with continued updates and changes.

Qualifications & Skills
  • College degree preferred.
  • Two plus years of job-related experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer database experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, highly organized, strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgment.
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work.
  • Self-driven and motivated towards meeting personal and organizational goals.

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $38,500-$39,500 plus incentives, based on the candidate's work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
