AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow Administrator to support Public Sector Solutions. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed at a government customer site in Laurel, MD. Join a team designing architecture and developing solutions that support organizational needs. We are seeking an innovative, motivated professional to contribute to a highly skilled team operating in a hybrid cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience; AWS experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities: * Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
* Create custom workflows.
* Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.
