Job description

XLA is looking for a Relocation/Financial Assistant to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position isย onsite position Monday-Friday.ย 

Salary: $50,000

General Experience: Two years relevant experience. Relevant experience may include coordinating and performingย general financial and project duties. Experience in spreadsheets, data entry, and word processing.

Functional Responsibilities: Provide program/project-wide organizational and financial support. Working with minimalย supervision, provide support for the accomplishment of project/program objectives. May include document preparation,

providing meeting support and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.

Minimum Experience/Education/Certification:ย Associate degree.

This position is an in-office position that will support the relocation of government employees during their permanent change of station (PCS) moves.ย 

Candidates should have good consumer service skills, both in writing and verbally.ย  ย ย Candidates will interact with government employees and vendors during the

PCS process.ย  Candidates will process Undelivered Orders, Relocation Income Tax Allowance (RITA) vouchers, Guaranteed Home Sale invoices, and Home Market Incentive

Program invoices.
